As an Analytics Manager - Revenue Growth Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics dashboards to track key metrics and conduct in-depth analysis of trade spend, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness. You will translate complex data into actionable insights to inform commercial strategies and drive profitable growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-backed recommendations for revenue optimization, support strategic decision-making, and ensure data accuracy. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, implement best practices in data visualization, and deliver regular reports to senior leadership. This role involves a significant degree of data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or related field
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in trade spend analysis and pricing strategy
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or CPG industries

Your role:

1. Analytics & Insights Development
Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics dashboards to track and measure key RGM metrics.
Conduct in-depth analysis on trade spend (~$3 billion annually), mix analytics, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform commercial strategies and drive profitable growth.


2. Strategic Planning & Business Impact
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy) to provide data-backed recommendations on revenue optimization.
Support strategic decision-making by identifying growth opportunities, cost-saving measures, and efficiency improvements.
Drive alignment between RGM analytics and overall business goals.


3. Data Management & Reporting
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.) to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to senior leadership, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.


4. Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency.
Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling to enhance decision-making.

You're the right fit if:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, or Commercial Strategy.
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytical tools (SQL, Python, Excel).
Proven experience in trade spend analysis, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
