・Production and direction design of 3D animations for in-game characters
・Design and expression of motions that align with each character's individuality and world view
・Quality control of hand-keyed animations
・Implementation, adjustment, and optimization of animations using Unity
・Proactively identify, propose, and solve issues within and outside the team
・Experience in 3D motion production for games or video (approx: 5 years or more)
・Practical experience using one of the following DCC tools: Maya / Blender / MotionBuilder
・Experience in implementing animations in Unity (Animator, Timeline, Rigging, etc.)
・Ability to devise animation expressions according to character individuality and directorial intent
・Basic communication skills necessary for team production (Japanese)
・*While experience as a lead or senior is welcome, this position is also open to those who wish to demonstrate leadership in the future.
・Experience in adjusting and cleaning motion capture data
・Experience utilizing physics calculations and procedural animations in Unity
・Basic knowledge of rigging
・Proactive individuals who can think, propose, and act independently, rather than waiting for instructions
・Those who are particular about the charm and individuality of character animation
・Those with an understanding of and interest in Unity-based game development workflows
・Those who want to be involved in projects long-term and grow with the team
