What You'll Do

    • Adept at performing Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance or network issues.
    • Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents.
    • Performs proactive analysis and troubleshooting to predict and prevent production incidents.

What You Know

    • 4+ years of experience supporting iOS applicaitons
    • Monitoring the progress of submitted builds to Appstore. If any rejections Addressing the Query with Proper Explanation.
    • Issue diagnose if Build Fails in CI/CD Process with Jenkins.
    • Analytic tools (Firebase , Crashlytics , Apple Developer Tools), Crash logs.
    • App Performance Management by analysing the Tools like  Xcode Organiser Memory leakages and Battery Performance . or other Third party tools .
    • Should have strong systems background and be conversant with Application Development Technologies. Provides recommendations for and help troubleshoot iOS apps built based on Swift, Swift UI and Backend micro services using Java
    • Should have good understanding of Networking: Understanding and performing TCP dumps, snoop, and other network sniffers. Understands and applies knowledge of most protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP, etc.) and types of Load Balancers.
    • Working knowledge of Web related technologies including DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSL Certificates
    • Conversant with APM tools like App Dynamic, Data Dog or Dynatrace in order of preference.
    • Experience with Log Analytics systems like Azure Analytics and Splunk, OpenSearch  in order of preference.
    • Experience with monitoring tools like Graphana and Nagios in order of prefrence
    • Experience with Jenkins based CI/CD processes for release management.
    • 3+ years’ experience in a technical support role. Act as Level 3 support on 24/7 on-call rotation. As needed act as an escalation point for Engineering Support and escalate to Engineering team for assistance and troubleshooting.
    • 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related functional field)

    • Good To Have
    • Experience of working on Analytical Data River/Lake systems like Snowflake will be highly preferred.
    • Should be able to design new tools to monitor and smart alerts that help discover failures/issues in a timely fashion and work with engineers to identify root cause and fix issues.
    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM Service Management tools
    • Working experience in an e-Commerce retail environment.
    • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef and Puppet
