The Area Sales Manager - Executive Manager at Paytm is responsible for increasing sales of EDC machines through various channels to merchants across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include team building, driving sales, resolving merchant queries, engaging the merchant base, setting team goals, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, managing conflicts, recognizing accomplishments, and fostering creativity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, team management experience, sales and lead generation expertise, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The role requires a graduate degree and a high level of self-motivation.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
