Our client is seeking a dynamic Art Director to join their innovative Agile pod team within their in-house agency. This role is pivotal in elevating creative expression across various channels, from digital to print, and requires a professional who can seamlessly transform strategic opportunities into exceptional creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, and project teams to produce personalized, on-brand communications in an Agile environment.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for financial products and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand platform.

• Create high-quality visual and interactive campaigns that enhance the brand's message across multiple platforms.

• Present creative concepts effectively, communicating how they align with strategic goals.

• Design a wide range of assets, including landing pages, web interfaces, and social media content, while adhering to brand standards.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to execute cross-channel initiatives, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Over 3 years of digital design experience within in-house marketing or agency creative teams.

• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent graphic design skills, with a keen eye for typography, composition, and layout.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and pod teams is advantageous.
