Job Description

The Associate/Senior Associate, Graphic Designer will translate conceptual ideas into high-quality designs aligned with the game's artistic vision and design language. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials (in-game and social media banners, offline collaterals) to promote games and engage the community. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for timely asset delivery and design consistency. Staying updated on design trends, techniques, and tools is essential for maintaining innovation. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with After Effects being a plus. A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual layout is vital. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.
Must have:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1+ years' experience in graphic design (gaming preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in After Effects
  • Knowledge of digital and social media best practices

  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain consistency across all aspects of the game’s visual design
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design, gaming and incorporate them into your work to keep our games fresh and innovative
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as a graphic designer or relevant roles, preferably within the gaming industry
  • Highly proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in After Effects is a plus
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and visual layout composition, digital and social media best practices
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and open to feedback
