HighRadius is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join the Product & Engineering Team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium with JavaScript-based test automation frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation components and frameworks, conducting regression testing, analyzing test results, and integrating scripts into CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will also participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation practices.
Must have:
- 2–5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with JS-based testing tools
- Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber.js)
- Solid knowledge of automation frameworks, best practices, and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration testing
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Job Summary:
HighRadius is looking for a professional to join our Product & Engineering Team. This role include Selenium Tester with experience in JavaScript-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation scripts using Selenium with JavaScript-based tools - WebDriverIO
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
- Develop and maintain reusable automation components and frameworks
- Conduct regression testing and ensure timely defect tracking and reporting
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation practices and strategies
Skill & Experience Needed:
- 2–5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with one or more JS-based testing tools (WebDriverIO, Protractor)
- Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber.js)
- Solid knowledge of automation frameworks, best practices, and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration testing
- Good communication and collaboration skills
