Job Description

Bazaarvoice is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role involves collaborating with global managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies. The Senior TA Partner will manage a high-volume portfolio of Engineering, Product, and non-technical roles, attracting and hiring top talent through active and passive sourcing techniques. The role also includes creating effective hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and using data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies. The candidate will be based in India, with a hybrid model (3 days in office), and will work within a fast-paced, global environment, with a manager based in the UK.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
  • 2+ years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust.
  • Experience with global hiring, especially in tech industries.
  • Mastery of IT/Product recruiting, communication, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Lever and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Proven expertise in social recruiting.

Are you a talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re looking for an Individual Contributor Senior TA Partner to join our high-performing team and make a real impact. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the world, supporting key roles in Engineering, Product, and non-technical areas—all while based in India, with a hybrid model (3 days in an office at Global Technology Park, Bellandur).

This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of the hiring process in a fast-growing, collaborative company. Your manager will be based in the UK, and you’ll be part of a global team. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Partner with global managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop winning talent strategies.
Manage a high-volume portfolio of Engineering, Product, and non-technical roles at various levels. levels.
Attract, engage, and hire top talent by leveraging both active and passive sourcing techniques.
Create structured, effective hiring processes that set candidates and hiring managers up for success.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience—from first touch to final offer.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies.

The must have the skills that matter:
8+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), with 2+ years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Strong stakeholder management skills—you know how to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
A results-driven, creative, problem-solving mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments with strict hiring budgets.
Experience with global hiring, especially in tech-driven industries (SaaS, eCommerce, etc.).
Mastery of IT/Product recruiting, communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
Proficiency in Lever (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise while keeping service levels high.
Proven expertise in social recruiting

Your Journey to Success
21 days – You’ll be fully onboarded, and comfortable with our hiring process, tools, and team.
30 days – You’ll be actively recruiting for 1-2 roles, working closely with hiring managers, and building a solid talent pipeline.
90 days – You’ll have successfully hired 2-3 top candidates for key roles!
