Description

The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the equity of our brands across all geographies (existing as well as new), sharpening their positioning and defining clear and compelling points of difference vs competition. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns across all communication channels (including but not limited to ATL, social media, influencers and PR). By personally leading a number of marketing initiatives, they will also facilitate smooth communication within the organization and help us forge strong relationships with our key stakeholders.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Involved in managing our brand portfolio, including existing brands as well as new ones still to be launched
  • Involved in assessing the potential of new markets (countries as well as products) and defining the relevant strategy to successfully enter these
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our brands aligned with business objectives
  • Support the development of new marketing channels to drive the acquisition of new players and maximize the value of existing ones (for instance free to play versions of our brands)
  • Support the development, management and implementation of brand campaigns to drive awareness and preference
  • Work with external agencies to develop and execute optimal media planning and ATL/BTL campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we develop engaging content (including social media platforms together with the Social Media Executive) which is consistent with what the brands stand for
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices across all relevant markets, identifying opportunities for brand growth and improvement Prepare and present regular reporting summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and next steps
  • Support legal activities for marketing campaigns, including contract reviews, compliance, and coordination with legal teams
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, the Brand Manager will handle various tasks as needed

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with media and advertising agencies is a plus
  • Familiarity with the online gaming industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken/written), fluency in an Asian language is a plus
