About The Position

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first person to reach out to our potential customers and help in developing and executing business development opportunities. This is a key role in bringing sales opportunities into G-P.

 

 

What You Can Expect to Do:

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, with a real sense of urgency and generating sales-qualified leads that will turn into new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers via phone calls and book qualified appointments for our Sales team
  • Research and identify additional companies and individuals that fit our Ideal customer profile
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up by emails, and social selling techniques
  • Document all sales activity in our CRM system and perform monthly and quarterly forecasting tasks
  • Organize and keep your sales pipeline clean, while importing new leads every day
  • Continue to grow and up your skills with the latest market trends and access to vast library of career and role development resources in addition to focused learning programs provided by our world-class training and enablement team

 

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience with strong preference of SaaS/ Tech Industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Previous experience in inbound/outbound sales activities
  • Strong LinkedIn presence and business network are highly preferred
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and motivated in a fast-paced environment and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Fluent Chinese speaker.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing company. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with prospects. What you'll do:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tactics.
  • Conduct outbound calls and engage in proactive outreach to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services, identify their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential as prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and prospecting details in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our EOR services and differentiate our offerings.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance sales and lead generation processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting sales initiatives and goals.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
