Responsibilities Generate executive-friendly dashboards such as partner performance, product recommendations, industry trends, deal analysis, risk analysis, opportunity sizing and annual planning to prioritize resources. Research industries, verticals, markets to establish the most adequate strategy in partnership with the team's leadership and the business development team. Own the strategy documentation process as a critical step to maximize synergies across the business. Provide support to the Business Development arm of the team to model partnership potential, referral and incentive programs. Manage core operations for the Partner Development and Management team including development of dashboards, establishment of scalable Partner CRM tools, annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues. Support the deployment and growth of our partner enablement and activation efforts with our Partner Marketing & Operations teams to drive maximum impact on our business.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field, and four years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have four years of experience in each of the following skills: Building data models to project business performance and set business performance goals; Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy; Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, or expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate work plans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes. Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel required up to 10%.
