We are currently looking for a ''Growth Manager'', responsible for all the User Acquisition processes and the Monetization of our games. This also includes working closely with Creatives and Product teams to maximize the business value by improving both the marketability and the engagement of the games. For this reason, the role not only requires an analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, but also a penchant for creativity and gaming in general.
What you will do:
- Setup, monitor and optimize independently: all user acquisition channels, the monetization, creative performance while generating new ideas for your products
- Try out new marketing creatives based on brainstorming and competitor analysis
- Have a constant focus on user LTV by pushing your campaigns and influencing product and live ops ideas
- Have a holistic overview of all marketing and monetization channels as well as products to maximize business value
- Maintain a fruitful communication with the Account Managers of ad networks and push upcoming issues to them
- Proactively initiate meetings to gain progress and challenge meetings that have no impact
- Document results and derive next steps
- Taking on responsibilities for Junior starters (Buddy system) by evaluating work progress and giving valuable feedback
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize high-impact features on the roadmap for maximum business value
- Keep up with emerging market trends to shape competitive growth strategies for our games.
- Segment user cohorts to optimize LTV through targeted marketing and monetization efforts
Who you are:
- You have at least 1 year of working experience in mobile performance marketing, ideally for games, with a minimum of six months operational management of marketing channels
- Experience in marketing Hybrid or Casual games, including user segmentation strategies for those genres
- Understanding of UA KPIs, have the ability to recognize internal and external factors, and develop appropriate strategies based on this insight
- Basic technical knowledge about mobile marketing related technologies (Tracking, MMP, SDK, SKAD)
- Specialized understanding of different networks and ability to set up new campaigns and run products which maximize outcome
- Being able to understand monetization KPIs their dependencies and impact on the UA side whilst ongoing monitor and solve upcoming issues independently
- Be responsive and be able to cluster needed information and share accordingly
