As a Growth Product Manager at Kuda, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a combination of product management, data-driven growth, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams. You will lead a cross-functional team, own the growth roadmap, optimize growth metrics, and design features to enhance customer adoption and lifetime value. The goal is to drive scalable growth for Kuda Business through data-driven insights and experimentation. You'll be utilizing tools such as Mixpanel, Segment and Iterable. This position also includes developing and enhancing growth-focused features to boost customer adoption and lifetime value.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of product management, data-driven growth, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams, leveraging growth technology tools (CDP, Attribution, Behavioural Analytics, CRMs) to optimize the customer journey and unlock scalable growth. The ideal candidate will design growth-oriented features (e.g., referrals, onboarding enhancements, loyalty programs) that enhance adoption and retention.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Kuda Business growth roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kuda’s OKRs and setting a clear vision for scaling Kuda Business.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality execution of growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Kuda Business.
  • Own, understand, and optimize growth metrics, using these to inform product roadmap decisions, identify performance gaps, and provide insights to C-Suite executives.
  • Discover, develop, and enhance growth-focused features to boost customer adoption and lifetime value.
  • Implement and optimize growth and attribution tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Iterable) to measure and enhance acquisition and engagement efforts.
