Job Description

As Monetization Manager at SuperPlay, you'll manage the full in-app campaign calendar, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. You'll develop promotional plans, implement campaigns across communication channels, and collaborate with various teams (creative, operations, economy, BA, product). Responsibilities include leveraging product features to drive revenue growth, creating innovative ideas, improving game experience based on data, and ensuring campaigns meet company KPIs. A strong understanding of game mechanics and monetization tools is essential.
Must have:
  • 1+ years Monetization/CRM experience in gaming OR 2+ years in similar B2C role
  • Strong English communication (written/verbal)
  • Creativity, data orientation, responsibility, professionalism
  • Attention to detail, aesthetics, positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, independent worker
  • Experience planning in-app campaign calendar
  • Collaboration with creative team for in-app promotions

What will you do in SuperPlay?

Manage full-cycle in-app campaign calendar, including planning short & long-term activities, defining goals, executing, and analyzing performance. Possess a deep understanding of existing game mechanics and how to best utilize them within Monetization tools.

  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and daily promotional plans according to the monetization strategy.
  • In charge of the implementation of promotions through the campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels.
  • Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization.
  • Leverage product features and marketing tools to drive revenue growth and provide a good game experience to our players.
  • Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas.
  • Constantly improving and optimizing in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit the company KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, and product managers in order to execute in-game events & promotions.

Who are you?

Must-Have:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a monetization live-ops/ CRM manager in a gaming company OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Product Marketing, Branding, Growth Manager, etc.) in a B2C company.
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding creativity, drive, and data orientation.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
  • A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment.
  • Experience with planning in-app campaign calendar.
  • Working closely with the creative team to execute in-app promotions.
