Job Summary

Job Description

The position involves working under the Japanese head of the Thai business to manage overseas expansion and growth of various IP-based businesses with local members. Responsibilities include researching video distribution and related markets in the assigned region, developing strategies and business plans for IP business expansion, establishing business operation schemes, managing local talent managers, planning and directing VTuber projects, creating content for fan acquisition, and other related tasks for service launches. This role offers the opportunity to expand businesses in the APAC region, utilize English skills, and potentially become a business leader or executive in the APAC region.

Must have:

1+ years of work experience.
Conversational English skills.
Ability to work long-term in Southeast Asia, including Thailand.
Interest in Japanese pop and otaku culture.

Good to have:

Experience in launching and promoting new businesses.
Project management experience.
Thai language skills or other second languages.
Business-level English skills.
Experience as a talent manager for VTubers, live streamers, or idols.
Interest in idol or female-oriented content.
Strong interest in the entertainment industry and VTubers.
Experience in directing, planning, or producing programs for character IPs or talents.
Practical experience in analytics and trend analysis.
Experience in operating YouTube, TikTok, or promotion using them.
Experience in game, music, or manga content promotion.

仕事概要

日本人のタイ事業の責任者の直下で、現地メンバーとともにIPを中心とした各事業の海外進出・現地での成長を担っていただくポジションとなります。
今までのご経験に応じて、対応いただける業務からお任せしていきます。

・担当地域での動画配信・関連市場の状況リサーチ
・担当地域でのIP事業展開に関する戦略/戦術の検討と事業計画の作成
・担当地域での事業運営スキームの構築
・担当地域での現地タレントマネージャーのマネジメント
・VTuberプロジェクトの活動全般のプランニングやディレクション、PR施策、制作進行
・ファン獲得のための配信コンテンツ・オリジナルコンテンツの企画、制作進行
・その他サービスローンチに伴う業務全般

必須スキル

下記全ての経験・条件が当てはまる方
・社会人経験1年以上の方
・日常会話レベルの英語力
・タイを含めた東南アジア地域での中長期的な勤務が可能である方
・日本のポップカルチャー・オタクカルチャーが好きな方
