Paytm is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager for their Offline Payment vertical, focused on accelerating growth metrics and user numbers for Recharges and Utilities. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, and In-app channels. This includes designing engaging creatives and content, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with marketing and web analytics tools, a strong understanding of campaign metrics, and excellent communication skills. About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
Expectations/ Requirements:
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers for Recharges and Utilities business. The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels – Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, In-app. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
Responsibilities:
-Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar
-Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions
-Designing and carry out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel
-Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
-2 to 4 years’ experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Mix panel or in-house tools
- Advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event based triggers
- Experience in marketing automation and communication personalisation- Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics of campaign performance including concepts like impression, CTR, UTM, attribution, conversion funnels and control groups- Experience working with content teams to draft effective and engaging communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
