Community Ambassador - Kingdom

The Raw Fury team is looking for a passionate Community Ambassador to assist with our community efforts for the Kingdom franchise!

Your primary focus would be to work with a Community Manager and publisher to drive the Kingdom community. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the Kingdom titles but is also professional about community management and content creation.

Our team is remote, but those you’d be communicating with on a daily basis live in CET, so our preference is someone that can work within European time zones (EST - CEST).

In order to keep our communities engaged on our community channels, you will:

• Create social media videos (including Instagram, TikTok), shareable gifs, screenshots, etc. Set up and manage social media campaigns around Kingdom.
• Actively engage with the community on the community platforms (Reddit, Steam, Discord) and social media.
• Set up and manage community events around the game.
• Strive to improve how we interact with our fans.
• Maintain positive relationships with content creators and their communities over community channels.
• Maintain and moderate our Discord, Steam forums, Reddit, and social channels.
• Identify player community needs and report them to the rest of the team.

Requirements

• Experience with creating video content is a must.
• Experience with streaming is a strong plus.
• Experience in engaging with communities on Discord, Reddit, Steam, social media.
• Experience in producing media content to support a game's social media presence.
• Knowledge of how to interact with communities on specific content platforms and social media.
• Experience being a community mod/manager.
• Must be self-organized - with the ability to work individually as well as in a team, meet deadlines, etc.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
