Job Description
As a strategic leader, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of how total compensation supports the overall organization in attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce. The successful candidate will define, develop, communicate, and execute the total compensation philosophy, vision, and strategy.
Your daily tasks:
- Providing strategic leadership for implementation of benefit plans that are focused on controlling benefit costs while maintaining competitive position in the marketplace.
- Focusing on realizing intended value and return from benefits programs given changes in the market, organizational demographics and government mandates.
- Improving employee awareness of benefits offered and application of compensation and benefits plans, policies, and processes.
- Collaborating with external consultants on compensation and benefits.
- Leading the company’s compensation strategy to ensure salaries are competitive.
- Providing guidance of HR professionals in specialty areas including benefits, retirement, compensation, classification, leave management, workers compensation, health and wellness.
- Leading the process for evaluation and selection of compensation and benefit vendors/consultants including contract negotiations and managing vendor.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and respond to audit.
Qualifications
- 6 years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strategic and operational leadership in all aspects of total rewards programs, including compensation, health, welfare, wellness, rewards.
- Thorough knowledge of compensation plan design, principles and administration including understanding of executive compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing new and revised programs for compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated experience presenting key data and analysis findings to executive management to drive strategic solutions for future programs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and garner consensus among a diverse range of constituent groups.
- Deep knowledge of Polish labor law (including social security and payroll topics).
- Deep knowledge of EU Law and regulations - you will be responsible for implementation, reporting and ensuring that the organization is compliant with the European law.
- Proficiency with MS Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English - you will be representing us at meetings with our strategic partners.
