Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
- 2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and a strong understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design-build processes.
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, oversee all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze internal requirements, translate them into effective solutions that meet the needs of data center operations teams.
- Work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate complex construction challenges, develop creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
