As a CRM Copywriter at MONOPOLY GO!, you'll create immersive content enhancing the in-game and external gaming experience. You will collaborate with various teams (LiveOps, Performance, Monetization, CRM, Community) to craft impactful in-game text, promotional materials, social posts, and CRM campaigns. Responsibilities include partnering with the CRM team to develop and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, working with the community team on social media engagement, coordinating with the localization team for translation across 17 languages, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, collaboration abilities, and familiarity with gaming trends.

Scopely is looking for a CRM Copywriter to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO!  team.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.   
What You Will Do
As a Copywriter at MONOPOLY GO!, you will create immersive content that enhances the gaming experience both in and outside the game, shaping a holistic journey for players through creative storytelling and engaging messaging.
You’ll work closely with the LiveOps, Performance, Monetization, CRM, and Community teams to craft impactful in-game text, promotional materials, social posts, and CRM campaigns. Your work will align with the game’s strategy, ensuring consistent messaging while engaging players and driving results.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to craft engaging in-game content and communications that enhance the gaming experience for players.
  • Partner with the CRM team to create impactful campaigns, while optimizing them through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with the community team to develop engaging communication strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and X (Twitter), fostering a strong and vibrant community with meaningful experiences beyond the game.
  • Coordinate with the Localization team to ensure all content is accurately translated and culturally adapted across 17 languages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and player preferences to continuously refine content and communication strategies.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and communications to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with broader game objectives.
What We're Looking For  
    • 1-2 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a passion for creating engaging player experiences.
    • Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
    • A driven and adaptable mindset, eager to learn, improve, and refine work based on feedback and player insights.
    • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
    • Organizational and time-management abilities, capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with gaming trends and player engagement strategies is a strong plus.
