As a Customer Engineer at Google Cloud, you'll work with leading companies to facilitate the adoption and successful implementation of Google Cloud products. You'll partner with technical business teams to differentiate Google Cloud, help customers understand its power, and develop cloud solutions. This involves engaging in proofs of concept, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, resolving technical blockers, sharing infrastructure modernization expertise, guiding customers through application environment assessments, recommending integration strategies, and prototyping integrations in customer environments. The role requires strong technical skills in cloud native architecture, infrastructure engineering, and experience presenting to and working with clients.
