Sr. Manufacturing Quality Manager

General Purpose:

Ensuring products meet quality specifications, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance. Managing QC and SQE teams, performing supplier audits, and minimizing quality issues from manufacturing to end-user. Providing guidance and support to team members 

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies including industry best practices.
• Providing weekly quality reporting for both production and field failures.
• Utilize engineering tools to analyze process improvements and lead the development of innovative quality tools. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Certificate of Black Belt in Six Sigma.
• ISO 9001, 2015ver of leader auditor. 
• 10+ years experience in factory quality manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English written, verbal and reading skills.
