Currently, we run several successful casual game portals and Apps such as Habbo, Paradise Island, Plinga, Operate now, Animal Hospital or Hotel Hideaway. We operate in the international market and we are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a native Turkish speaker to temporary cover a leave in our Customer Experience Team in Spain, and to provide support to our online communities on Habbo and Hideaway. This is a part-time job position (30 hours/week).
Our games are played by millions of players each month. This great community has questions, feedback, bugs, and complaints. You'll be responsible for answering customers' questions and complaints about our online communities. You'll assist our players in a friendly and polite manner and still keep the conversation light and pleasant. You will be performing localization and other communication tasks.
