The role offers a WFH setup, however, all Manila team members are required to report onsite based on business needs (client visits, company events, and kind of project needs that would require you to be at the office).

Provides support to Data and Intelligence strategies through big data analytics and modeling. The resource will also become an AI and QA Tool expert, leading the implementation and maintenance of localized efforts in increasing the QA strategy adoption of new technology and methodologies. This role will also be responsible in providing insights to available data at hand to ensure that we are able to create actionable projects to insight trends generated by the tool.

• Performs data collection, modeling, analysis and recommend improvement actions.
• Monitors, consolidates and analyzes project results and recommendations.
• Assists in the QA automation implementation and in the operationalization quality strategies.
• Provides support in tool training, design and monitoring.
• Leads multiple projects.
• Defines, assess, map and document quality processes for automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, Engineering/Statistics (preferred), or relevant working experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience as data analyst or tool implementation analyst. Total of 3 years working in a contact center industry.
• Technical skills: Knowledge in building big data models and queries, working knowledge of BI tool and quality tools (e.g. NICE, Verint, Playvox, Maestro, etc.)
• Other Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; clear thought process; good communication and presentation skills; possesses organizational / planning skills.
• Exhibits effective listening and interpretation skills. Flexible to changing work schedules;
• Can operate with very minimal supervision. Results Oriented, Assertive, Diplomatic, Ethical, Professional.
