The Delivery Manager oversees all vehicle delivery operations within a defined region. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with service, sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing a regional delivery team, setting and achieving delivery targets, inventory management, appointment scheduling, logistics, staffing, salesmanship, payment processing, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities, along with proficiency in communication and business systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. The role also requires managing and mentoring a team, recruiting and training new members, and monitoring daily deliveries to ensure accurate and timely information.
Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
