Job Description
This role involves comprehensive licensing and project management for IP investments. Key responsibilities include planning, sales, supervision, and contract negotiation for the company's main works, managing license-out projects, and optimizing game development processes through negotiation with overseas partners. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in content creation (animation, games), strong global communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a desire for continuous growth, along with basic business skills and business-level Japanese.
Must have:
- Overall management of licensing operations and project management for investment works.
- Planning, sales, supervision, negotiation, and contracting for the company's main handled works.
- Overall project management for license-out cases.
- Negotiation with overseas business partners and optimization of game development processes.
- Expertise in content creation (animation, games) and high communication skills (global project experience).
- Interest in the entertainment field (anime, games) and customer-centric perspective.
- Ability to enjoy work and desire for self-growth.
- Basic business skills.
- Business-level Japanese.
Good to have:
- Connections in the game industry and sales ability to other companies.
- Project management experience of a certain scale in the entertainment industry (including games).
- Business-level Chinese and English proficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
Overall licensing operations and project management for investment works.
1. From planning and sales to supervision, negotiation, and contracting with licensees for the company's main handled works;
2. Overall project management for license-out cases;
3. Negotiation with overseas business partners and optimization of processes related to game development.

- Individuals who can perform tasks and create results with expertise in content creation (such as animation and games, including supervision experience, animation production experience) and high communication skills (experience in global projects);

- Business-level Japanese.
