Job Description
Seeking an experienced Software Systems Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocol development for Access Point software. The role involves designing and developing software for market verticals, contributing to functional specifications and product definitions, and rapidly developing software in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include designing/developing software independently, creating unit test strategies, and a strong desire to learn new tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science or engineering, with excellent communication skills, and experience with network products, TCP/IP stack, L2 Switching, L3 Routing, Linux operating systems, and embedded software development. Expert programming knowledge in C/C++ is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills. Experience with Agile development processes is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience: 5-8 Years
• Design and develop software on Access point for our market verticals
• Contribute to functional specifications and product definitions
• Design/Develop software independently and rapidly in an Agile environment
• Develop unit test strategy/programs for software that you develop
• Strong desire to learn new tools and technology is an absolute must
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science or engineering.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 5+ year of experience in embedded software development.
• Experience with network products.
• Good knowledge of network technology, TCP&IP stack/L2 Switching/L3 Routing etc.
• In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems and embedded software development
• Expert programming knowledge in C/C++.
• Ability to be productive in flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience with Agile development process
Preferred Experience:
