Job Description
Inwave Studio is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for Mobile Games to manage and optimize global marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity, Ironsource, and other platforms; improving conversion rates on Google Play and App Store; using data and A/B testing to analyze user behavior and optimize CPI, LTV, and ROA; contributing to product development; reporting on campaign performance and proposing improvements; collaborating with advertising partners; exploring new marketing channels; and staying current with mobile game marketing trends. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of Google/Facebook Ads, along with experience with third-party platforms such as Unity, Ironsource, and Applovin. Familiarity with App Annie, Appsflyer, and Firebase is also preferred.
Must have:
- 1+ year experience in digital marketing for mobile games
- Google/Facebook Ads expertise
- Data analysis and A/B testing skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Unity, Ironsource, Applovin
- Familiarity with App Annie, Appsflyer, Firebase
- Understanding of mobile game market trends

Xây dựng, quản lý, tối ưu các chiến dịch chạy kênh quảng cáo (Google adwords, Facebook ads, Unity, Ironsource ....) cho Game Mobile trên thị trường Global.
Cải thiện khả năng chuyển đổi và tối ưu hóa hiển thị trên Googleplay và Appstore.
Sử dụng dữ liệu và A/B tetsing để phân tích hành vi người dùng, đo đếm các chỉ số về CPI, LTV hoặc ROAs,… tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch marketing, mang lại user chất lượng cao.
Đóng góp ý kiến trực tiếp vào việc phát triển sản phẩm
Lập báo cáo hiệu quả và đề xuất các phương án để cải thiện quảng cáo
Chủ động làm việc với các đối tác cung cấp quảng cáo.
Khai thác và tìm hiểu thêm các kênh Marketing Game khác
Yêu cầu công việc
Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trị tương đương
Tư duy tốt, có kinh nghiệm tối ưu kênh Google/Facebook Ads. Ngoài ra có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các bên thứ 3: Unity, Ironsource, Applovin... là một lợi thế.
Có hiểu biết cơ bản về các công cụ như App Annie, Appsflyer, Firebase...
Yêu thích chơi game, am hiểu thị trường game mobile global
Sáng tạo, linh hoạt, nắm bắt trend tốt phục vụ cho ý tưởng quảng cáo
Thành thạo tiếng Anh để làm việc với đối tác
Có ý thức và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc. Có khả năng làm việc nhóm
