As a Digital Campaign Manager, this is what you’ll be doing:


The role:


The newly formed Student Recruitment Division comprising Digital & Events, QS Apply and University Branded Services is about to embark on a highly critical period in quest for growth. We are evolving our business to optimise our support structure as we look to break into new markets, new products and look to add greater value to the broad spectrum of our product offering.

During 2024, we wish to refine our client support model to align with our growth goals and to deliver best in class support to our clients whilst optimising all revenue opportunities in market, particularly in relation to our digital capability.

The Digital Campaign manager role will be focused on optimising our campaign delivery on behalf of our clients using their in-depth experience of running high performing digital marketing campaigns. Predominantly they will be responsible for assisting the head of digital agency to:


  • Implement best practice in the design and delivery of our digital campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Understand client needs and be able to create campaigns with blended products to deliver to this brief
  • Maximise return on investment through optimised delivery
  • Recognise opportunity for improvement of campaigns mid flight
  • Upskill the existing customer service team in campaign optimisation
  • Create an environment for renewals and repeat business


Role responsibilities:


  • Leads the delivery of digital campaigns for the assigned geographical region.
  • Implements and coordinates digital campaigns for digital and lead generation clients, including landing pages, online content updates, email, and banner campaigns.
  • Manages all stages of the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to campaign implementation, coordinating various teams.
  • Takes accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
  • Collaborates with other teams to implement and deliver campaigns for clients, coordinating with internal teams such as content, email, performance, and web analytics.
  • Manages customer issues and needs through excellent relationship maintenance with customers and account managers.
  • Provides accurate and regular reports to customers on the performance of service delivery.
  • Monitors ongoing campaigns and makes improvement recommendations where necessary.
  • Maintains high performance levels for service-related processes and implements improvement activities as needed.
  • Contributes to renewal and new business activities, particularly pitch delivery, and supports the sales team with lead estimates for potential clients.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement within the department
  • Leads digital training sessions for newly onboarded sales personnel in the assigned region.


Key skills and experience:


  • Proficiency in digital knowledge, including website management, website analytics, digital marketing, managing complex digital sales packages, and understanding all company digital media services.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for generating insightful client reports.
  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns (e.g Google Ads, Social Media ads) to drive digital campaign performance.
  • Experience in handling digital campaigns for clients and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to understand and suggest digital marketing strategies to clients.
  • Familiarity with AI tools commonly used in the digital marketing realm.
  • Experience in communicating with and reporting to a range of clients and colleagues.
  • Possess a structured approach and a 'Can-Do' mindset.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM and CMS systems.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Thorough and attentive to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Analytical mindset.
