About the Role & Team
Social media, digital marketing, coordination with 3rd parties, and internal global and local departments are the most crucial key elements.
This position will take an active role in social media growth, engagement, and brand reach on digital media!
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week with one day working from home.
What You Will Do
Report to Digital Media Manager.
Lead the agencies (social media, creative, post-production, influencer, and media buying agencies) and coordinate producers and internal collaboration with marketing, programming, and regional social media teams to deliver excellent results.
Focus on audience growth and engagements with phenomenal content on social media.
Generate positive and impactful conversations, and social buzz around the title and champion a fandom for both the title and our brands.
Build positive relationships with cross-functional partners such as social platforms, content creators, and producers.
Follow the local, global, and regional delivery, localization, and approval processes for digital marketing and social media.
Work closely with media agencies for Always On and campaign-based digital media plans, following all the creative and operational processes.
Analyse digital media reports with the performance marketing coordinator.
Track invoices for the budgets under responsibility.
Use social media analytics and reporting tools to build the accurate strategy.
Be accountable for checking FX’s websites daily if there is any bug or any vital info is missing and be in contact with the global team for custom pages and additional needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Advanced experience on main social media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Understand key measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Business Manager, and Emplifi.
Good knowledge of Excel and PPT.
Experience in creative digital campaigns, media planning, and influencer marketing.
Excellent business English both written and spoken.
Have editorial discipline and skills in understanding TV channels & OTT platforms.
Ability to make final touches on social media plans. Write captions or build content/campaign ideas when it is needed.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing & Communication, Advertising or Media Studies.
A minimum of 3 of proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in digital agencies responsible for entertainment brands or in the media industry.
Strong collaboration skills. Great colleague with positive interpersonal skills, easy-going, problem solver, and open for improvement.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize to-do list in a high-volume environment.
Able to work with flexible TV & OTT dynamics with short deadlines.
Sophisticated creative thinking skills and a trend hunter.
