Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing support tickets, preparing reports, and overseeing SCCM and Intune management. This role also involves participating in client meetings and providing status updates. The main responsibilities include managing tickets, generating and maintaining reports on IT operations and system performance, administering and managing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, patch management, and system updates, and monitoring Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and security policies. Additionally, the specialist will participate in client meetings to discuss IT support issues, project updates, and provide status reports, and regularly update stakeholders on the progress of IT projects and support activities.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field
  • Experience in IT support, with ticket and report management focus
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune management
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS operating systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Good to have:
  • Experience with other IT management tools and software
  • Strong knowledge of modern management devices
  • Experience in scripting for automation
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power Point to prepare and present client situations
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)

El Especialista en Soporte IT será responsable de gestionar tickets de soporte, preparar informes y supervisar la gestión de SCCM e Intune. Esta función también implica participar en reuniones con clientes y proporcionar actualizaciones de estado.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Gestión de tickets: Manejar y resolver tickets de soporte de manera eficiente, asegurando respuestas y soluciones oportunas.

- Gestión de Intune: Supervisar Microsoft Intune para la gestión de dispositivos móviles, despliegue de aplicaciones y políticas de seguridad.

- Cualificaciones:
o Licenciatura en tecnología de la información, informática o un campo relacionado.

o Experiencia con otras herramientas y software de gestión de TI.
o Sólidos conocimientos de los dispositivos de gestión modernos.
o Experiencia en scripting para automatización.
o Conocimientos de Excel y Power Point para preparar y presentar la situación a los clientes.
o Certificaciones en campos de TI relevantes (por ejemplo, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

Deseables:

- Azure Active Directory: Experiencia con la gestión e integración de Azure AD.
- MECM (SCCM): Conocimiento de MECM (SCCM)
- Seguridad y cumplimiento de Microsoft 365: Familiaridad con las características de seguridad y cumplimiento de Microsoft 365.
- Gestión de proyectos: Comprensión básica de los principios y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Atención al cliente: Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente y experiencia en un rol de cara al cliente.
- Conocimientos sobre Power BI para crear cuadros de mando.
