Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing support tickets, preparing reports, and overseeing SCCM and Intune management. This role also involves participating in client meetings and providing status updates. The main responsibilities include managing tickets, generating and maintaining reports on IT operations and system performance, administering and managing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, patch management, and system updates, and monitoring Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and security policies. Additionally, the specialist will participate in client meetings to discuss IT support issues, project updates, and provide status reports, and regularly update stakeholders on the progress of IT projects and support activities.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field
  • Experience in IT support, with ticket and report management focus
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune management
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS operating systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Good to have:
  • Experience with other IT management tools and software
  • Strong knowledge of modern management devices
  • Experience in scripting for automation
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power Point to prepare and present client situations
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)

Responsabilidades principales:

Deseables:

- Azure Active Directory: Experiencia con la gestión e integración de Azure AD.

- Seguridad y cumplimiento de Microsoft 365: Familiaridad con las características de seguridad y cumplimiento de Microsoft 365.
- Gestión de proyectos: Comprensión básica de los principios y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
