Job Description

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations across office spaces, distribution centers, and logistics facilities. This includes overseeing maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, managing vendor contracts, developing emergency response plans, and implementing sustainability initiatives. You will lead facility projects, conduct risk assessments, collaborate with IT teams, and manage a team of facility personnel. Your role is critical in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, supporting the company's growth. You will report to the General Manager of Distribution Center Operations and will engage with cross-functional leaders to align facility management strategies with Funko’s needs.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required
  • Proven experience in facilities project management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and codes
  • Experience with PLCs and automation
Good to have:
  • Six Sigma experience (Green or Black Belt) is preferred
  • Experience implementing best-in-class maintenance strategies
  • Ability to analyze costs and manage budgets

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the General Manager of Distribution Center Operations, The Facilities Manager, is responsible for the full lifecycle of facilities management across office, distribution, and logistics facilities. This role ensures efficient facility operations, including maintenance, safety compliance, vendor management, and emergency preparedness. The Manager will lead facility projects, implement best-in-class maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence through proactive risk management and technology integration. This role is critical in creating a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment while supporting the company’s growth and operational needs.
  • Oversee facility operations across office spaces, distribution centers, and logistics facilities, including consolidated freight stations and cross-dock locations.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new facility projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for facility services, including cleaning, maintenance, and operational support.
  • Develop and execute emergency response plans for incidents such as fires, power outages, and natural disasters to ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement/enforce safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to OSHA and ADOSH regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, traceability, and functionality of facility-related mobile and computing technologies.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing energy-saving measures and environmentally responsible practices within the facility.
  • Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, cleaning staff, and facility personnel, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Engage with cross-functional leaders to align facility management strategies with Funko’s current and future operational needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance & Engineering or Industrial Building Maintenance (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
  • Proven experience in facilities project management, including planning, development, and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant building codes.
  • Experience leading Failure Mode & Effects Analyses (FMEA), Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA), or other Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs and automation (required).
  • Expertise in Predictive Maintenance technologies and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experience implementing best-in-class maintenance strategies, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Excellence, and Predictive Maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze costs, manage facility budgets, and drive cost-effective maintenance solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, manage multiple priorities, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working within an agile methodology for project execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant facility management tools.
  • Six Sigma experience (Green or Black Belt) is preferred, demonstrated by the successful completion of a major improvement project.
Salary Information 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610.00 -- $130,390.00 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
