Job Description

Conduct interviews with guests and collect data for in-park research studies in outdoor areas. Interact with guests daily, providing assistance when needed. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Morning and afternoon shifts are required, typically 9 hours per shift, with work in outdoor settings. A special welcome reward of HKD$6,000 is offered upon successful completion of 6 months of continuous employment. No prior work experience is necessary, though customer service or interview experience is preferred. Tertiary education is preferred, particularly in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related fields. The park operates 365 days a year, requiring shift work including weekends and holidays.

Must have:

Conduct guest interviews and collect data.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Ability to work outdoor shifts (9 hours).

Good to have:

Customer service/interview experience.
Tertiary education (Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism).

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with guests and collect data for all in-park research studies at outdoor areas
Interact with guests on a daily basis and provide assistance if necessary

Basic Qualifications:

Education qualification: Matriculated/ DSE, Tertiary educated preferred
No working experience is needed
Ability to conduct an interview to collect response in a logical manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Both morning and afternoon shifts and outdoor work required. Typically 9 hours per shift, subject to operational requirement

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred, but not necessary:

Previous work experience in customer service / field or telephone interview preferred
Tertiary education qualification from Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related courses

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
