Specialist, External Relations

This role will help build strong relationships and effective communication for the company’s continuous business growth. The team is expanding its role in managing the company’s broader external communication and engagement in both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. With that, he/she will play a crucial role in enabling volume growth and effective engagement opportunities. A candidate with strong business presentation skills, commercial sense and impactful communication will greatly benefit the team. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support the team to prepare business presentation decks/materials for internal and external audiences. 
• Prepare for stakeholder engagement events and provide logistics support. 
• Prepare communication materials, in both Chinese and English, for executives. 
• Assist the team to facilitate communication with external parties in maintaining the resort’s smooth operation.
• Act as working-level contact point for stakeholders and internal lines of business. 
• Conduct research on market and policy trends related to company priorities and prepare reports. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or equivalent. 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of experience preferred. 
• Ability to multi-task under a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Strong PowerPoint skills especially required. 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 
• Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese.
