We are looking for a strategic and driven Finance Operations Manager to oversee FP&A, customer agreements, revenue operations, and legal compliance. This pivotal role requires accurate financial planning, smooth contract execution, and billing efficiency, and works closely with sales, legal, customer success, and accounting.
Responsibilities
- FP&A & Reporting: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, tracking key SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Customer Agreements & Revenue Operations: Manage contract lifecycle, billing schedules, and collections, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies
- Legal & Compliance: Support contract reviews, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal
- Process Optimization: Automate and improve billing, revenue tracking, and financial systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, PayEm)
- Accounting: support the ongoing accounting process and finance team tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting
- Completion of an internship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms
- 1-4 years in finance operations, FP&A, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS
- Experience with contracts, billing, and revenue processes
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and billing tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
