Job Description

As a First Level IT Support Specialist at Innerspace in Innsbruck, Austria, you'll provide on-site support for seamless VR experiences. Responsibilities include setting up and configuring VR hardware and software, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external help desk queries, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining troubleshooting records. You'll work with customers globally, ensuring they can utilize immersive learning opportunities within the VR training solution. The role requires a passion for technology, a solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking, along with fluent German and good English skills. Role Description
As a First Level IT Support Specialist at Innerspace, you’ll be on-site in Innsbruck, at the forefront of delivering seamless VR experiences to our customers while keeping our internal IT operations running smoothly. Your mission is to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a special focus on VR setups, ensuring users can unlock immersive learning opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Setting up and configuring VR hardware and software for our customers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal & external Help Desk queries
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices
Requirements
  • Passion for Technology
  • Solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues
  • Fluent German and good English skills, you will work in an English-speaking company
