Job Description

On Location seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games. This role will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at the event, ensuring high-quality service and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities will include menu planning, staff management, budget control, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale food and beverage operations, ideally within the context of major sporting events or similar high-pressure environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Must have:

Extensive F&B management experience
Large-scale event experience
Strong leadership & organization
Budget control & vendor management
Safety & hygiene standards adherence
