Responsibilities include leading go-to-market plans, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data for campaign refinement, bridging product and marketing teams, staying ahead of industry trends, managing budgets, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is data-driven, passionate about casual gaming, and has a proven track record of successful go-to-market execution.

The Marketing Department is the fastest growing department at Plarium, and its focus is not merely to expose as many people as possible to our games, but rather to bring our games to true gamers through rigorous analytics! Marketing is all about combining deep, insightful performance analysis with amazing, impactful creative. Our goal is to optimize our campaigns with the most effective combination of graphics, text and reach to make sure that our games reach those unique individuals who would enjoy them the most.
Responsibilities
- Plarium is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies for products in our casual games portfolio. This role is within the Global Product Marketing department but the work is done in close collaboration with the studio. You’ll also work closely with game developers, creative teams, and UA specialists to craft compelling campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and monetization. If you're a data-driven marketer with a passion for casual gaming and a track record of successful go-to-market execution, we want you on our team.
What we expect
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with product goals, player motivations, and business objectives.
- Lead go-to-market plans for new game launches, major updates, and live service events, ensuring a seamless rollout.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate marketing insights into product decisions and ensure strong market positioning.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, in-game, and community) to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Leverage data and player research to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Act as a bridge between product and marketing teams, ensuring alignment across branding, creative, UA, and live-ops strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering best practices in marketing execution.
