The FP&A Manager will drive financial analyses necessary for the company to achieve its objectives around operational excellence and profitable growth. You will be the key finance business partner to our Marketing Solutions business.

What You'll Bring:

  •  A Bachelor’s degree is required
  •  3-5 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or investment banking 
  • Demonstrated success in operating within a matrixed environment
  • Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and visualization tools
  •  Strong financial acumen, including a thorough understanding of financial modeling techniques

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your development in:

  • People management experience desired
  • Ability to participate in strategic decision making as a financial subject matter expert, but also as a broader business partner
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities


 

Impact You'll Make:

   Partner with multiple business owners to drive financial performance in the business 
•    Lead revenue forecasting and analysis across multiple subscription and transaction-based products
•    Participate in the development of multi-year strategic plans and lead the planning process across multiple time horizons
•    Support the development of executive communications for high-level, high-visibility presentations 
•    Synthesize large, disparate data sets into actionable insights for company decision makers
•    Support the launch of the TruAudience Platform, a state-of-the-art Marketing Solutions suite of products unifying the management, segmentation, enrichment and activation of customer data so they can drive increased ROI from their marketing dollars

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
