Job Description

Voodoo is seeking a Fullstack Developer Unity to join their team in Paris. You will be responsible for implementing app logic and systems in C# using Unity, ensuring robust and clean code for millions of users. This role involves collaborating with a team of Unity developers and artists, supporting app features, and contributing new ideas. You will own a specific section of the app based on your skills, ranging from UI and characters to server integration and real-time networking.

Must have:

Advanced Unity knowledge (4+ years)
C# scripting expertise
UI systems, animation, physics, particle systems, sound
Experience in team-based game/app development
User experience understanding
Strong ownership mindset
English proficiency
Eagerness for learning and problem-solving

Good to have:

French proficiency
Networking/fullstack familiarity
A/B testing experience
Gaming/Music industry experience

Team

CLVSB is the first immersive clubbing app that lets you listen to exclusive music, get up close to your favorite artists, meet like-minded people, socialize and dance with your personalized avatar in all your favorite virtual dancefloors around the world.

Role

Guided by our CTO, you will pick up a section of the app that correspond to your skills and own it (UI, Characters, Server integration and/or Realtime networking)
You will implement app logic and systems in C# using Unity, with care to write robust and clean code to be used by millions of users
You will collaborate closely with a small team of Unity developers and artists
You will support and contribute new ideas to the app features

Profile

Advanced Unity knowledge on mobile (4y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, physics, particle systems, sound etc.
Can demonstrate solid contributions to creative games/apps as part of a team in past projects
Good sense of user experience
Strong sense of ownership
English proficiency, French is a plus
An eagerness to develop new skills and explore new problem spaces on a daily basis
Familiarity with networking/fullstack
Familiarity with A/B testing approaches
Experience in the Gaming and/or Music industry

This position is based in Paris and offered on a hybrid basis (2 days remote).
