Job Description

Garena is seeking a Unity Game Programmer in Taipei to contribute to their mobile game development projects. Responsibilities include participating in both in-house and outsourced projects, generating gameplay proposals and prototypes (with a target of one-month prototype development), collaborating with internal and external teams, allocating development resources, conducting market trend analyses, and creating research reports. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming, proficient in Unity and C#, have at least 3 years of experience in mobile app development, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role demands independent work alongside collaborative team efforts and adapting to project and market demands. Successful candidates will have experience launching a game from inception to release on at least one platform.

- 產出遊戲玩法提案，並產出玩法原型，並可於一個月內開發產品原型 Demo。
- 與公司內部、外部外包研發人員協作及溝通，調配開發資源。
- 每季針對市場進行趨勢觀察，能主動尋找探索市場議題並完成研究報告，替團隊掌握產品開發趨勢。

- 對不同遊戲平台、遊戲產業都具備熱忱，涉獵廣泛遊戲類型、熱愛遊戲
- 熟練使用 Unity 引擎及 C# 程式語言，具備 3 年以上 Unity 開發經驗，特別是在手機 App 開發方面有豐富經驗。
- 願意配合專案需求進行市面上的各類產品、技術之研究能力。
- 願意配合市場需求、研發製程進行必要調整之配合度。
- 具有良好的跨團隊溝通、情緒管理與邏輯推理能力，喜歡與團隊一起成長。
- 能在適度導引下獨立完成工作，具備良好的自我管理能力。
- 具備任一平台從零到有的研發遊戲經驗並上架者。
