We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global HR Operations and Analytics Specialist to join our HR Operations and Systems Center of Excellence (CoE). Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, this role will support HR operations across multiple geographies including Slovenia, Malta, the UK, and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge of HR operations and practices, passion for people analytics and strong understanding of Slovenian labor law and regulations. Experience with international HR practices are considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of global HR policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Assisting in optimization and implementation of global HR operations and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Slovenia, and support compliance efforts in Malta, the UK, and the USA.
  • Manage employee records and maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and processes.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret HR data to provide people insights, develop in-depth reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • Provide operational support to HR business partners and assist employees with HR inquiries to ensure great employee workplace experience and HR service delivery.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required by local authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and optimize payroll processes across the group in collaboration with the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR operations, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for analyzing HR data and strong drive to organize and present data in a clear, orderly manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of Slovenian labor law and regulations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Fluent in Slovenian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
