Growth Manager (Dashtoon Reader)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consumer Growth Manager to guide the design, development, and support of our Webcomics OTT application.

As the Consumer Growth Manager, you will have the responsibility of delivering a top-tier webcomic experience to our customers. You will work closely with our technology, design, and content teams to ensure we meet our customer's needs while also reaching our business objectives.

Your Part

• Drive User Acquisition for the Dashtoon Consumer App.
• Ideate and Experiment with new creatives for Performance Marketing to reduce the CAC
• Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.
• Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling, and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
• Ideate, test, and scale new acquisition channels (Organic & Paid)
• Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, qualitative research, and customer insights
• Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech, and more, to drive growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. An MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 Colleges

2. 2+ Years of relevant work experience

3. A desire to understand consumer behaviour and mindset

4. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment

5. Curious about metrics, execution processes, and keeping an eye out for details

6. Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions

7. Experimentation mindset

8. Passion for technology products built for scale.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in digital content products or a strong personal interest in comics and graphic novels.

2. Experience with user acquisition and growth strategies in the OTT or gaming space
