Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Team at KRAFTON is responsible for recruitment operations and planning at the headquarters. This role involves managing and operating the entire recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding, to ensure timely recruitment and placement of excellent resources within the organization. Responsibilities include planning and executing company-wide recruitment programs, developing and implementing strategies to meet hiring goals for key organizations, and managing annual recruitment for major departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale recruitment, fluent English, and a proven track record of success in strategic recruitment planning and execution.

Must have:

Fluent in English
8+ years recruitment experience
Company-wide planning/execution experience (Recruitment or HR)
Experience with 1000+ employee company or hundreds of annual hires

Good to have:

C-Level direct reporting experience
HR BI, Analytics skills
Experience in workforce planning, internal talent rotation, veteran/disabled recruitment, and industry collaborations
