Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ICEM Modeler with strong technical expertise for a challenging project in the aeronautics sector. The primary goal is to enhance the data flow between ICEM Surf and CATIA CPD, using ICEM data for composite material evaluation. This project involves creating and refining complex surface models in ICEM Surf, structuring data for CATIA CPD, and analyzing the interface between these workflows. The role requires improving data compatibility, identifying process gaps, and providing effective solutions, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
Must have:
- Several years of experience with ICEM Surf
- Strong expertise in Class-A surfacing and CAD data exchange
- Practical experience with CATIA CPD and composite part workflows
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data/modeling issues
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Highly independent, structured, and solution-driven working style
Good to have:
- Experience in the aeronautics sector

We are looking for a highly experienced ICEM Modeler (m/f/d) with strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset for a challenging project in the aeronautics sector, located in the Munich area.
The project is scheduled to start in September and will run for approximately three months on-site. The key objective is to support and improve the data flow between ICEM Surf and the CATIA CPD module, using ICEM data as input for composite material evaluation.

- Create and refine complex surface models using ICEM Surf
- Structure and deliver surface data as input for CATIA CPD and composite analysis
- Analyze and improve the interface between ICEM and CPD workflows
- Evaluate whether using ICEM improves data compatibility and eliminates technical issues
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to understand current challenges
- Independently identify process gaps and provide targeted, effective solutions
- Several years of solid, hands-on experience with ICEM Surf, ideally in aeronautics
- Strong expertise in Class-A surfacing and CAD data exchange
- Practical experience with CATIA CPD and composite part workflows
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data and modeling issues
- Strong communication skills when dealing with engineers and technical teams
- Fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Highly independent, structured, and solution-driven working style
