This role involves managing product communication plans, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring project completion according to requirements. Responsibilities include briefing agencies, driving creative and media execution, managing project budgets, and preparing campaign reports. The role requires understanding business needs, providing advice on advertising and KOLs for social media, and staying updated on market communication trends. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and direct channels is also essential, along with agency management. The goal is to increase product awareness and contribute to sales targets.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1.  Based on product positioning, key message, target audience and touchpoints, be able to clearly brief agency and execute the communication plan as required to achieve the products awareness and favorability of specific category:

  Be able to independently conduct the product communication plan. Drive creative, media and execution, and be able to refine, organize and illustrate projects.

2.  Be able to take the initiative to follow up the project, coordinate agency and related teams, etc. to carry out project and ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the requirements. Be able to PDCA positively and provide constructive suggestion:

  Initial check media channels, effective control of project budgets and content quality, ensuring project acceptance after execution, and checking KPI achievement.

  Use monitoring tools to prepare after campaign report to conclude campaign effectiveness, media value and improvement proposal.

3.  Reasonable and accurate understanding of business needs, provide professional AD advice and KOL candidates for social media, as well as the content management:

  Derive product value and create appealing and effective communication message that helps to increase product awareness.

4. Keep an eye with market communication trends, including media environment, communication methods, and effectively apply them to daily work. Constantly explore how communication work impact the sales:

  Keep positive media environment.

  Analyze media development trend.

  Collect and provide regular market environment update, including competitor's movement and share with relevant internal parties.

5.  Facilitate Cross Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborating across different functional unit such as Sales, Marketing, Direct Channels in achieving the sales and promotion target.

6.  Agency Management:

  Maintain the qualified agency.

Requirements :

1. 3+ years working experience in marketing communication or PR communication.

2. Good Communication & presentation skills, good learning ability, interpersonal & organizing ability.

3. Operation Management Skill.

4. Good Planning and Analytical Skill.

5. Good command of data analysis.

6. Good command of both oral and written English & Chinese.
