【Job Responsibilities】
1、搭建二次元游戏官方社区产品的内容体系与内容发布账号矩阵，结合运营目标策划内容栏目；
2、根据游戏新版本、宣发节点和长草期等时期的运营需求，通过PGC、PUGC和UGC等手段保持社区内持续有内容填充；
3、能洞察用户喜好趋势，并给出针对性的内容运营方案；根据重点版本和宣发节点目标，提出相应内容创意提案，打造具有传播力的亮点内容；
4、与内外合作方良好沟通，跟进内容的执行落地，把控制作周期，确保落地品质与交付时间；
5、根据用户反馈、内容数据定期总结，建立内容效果评估体系，不断进行内容创意与执行的优化；
Work Location： China- Shenzhen/ Shanghai
岗位要求
2、十分熟悉国内或海外主要二次元内容平台，深度二次元社区用户加分；
3、喜爱二次元文化，对二次元手游有深度了解或长期游玩经验，深度游玩头部二次元产品2-3款及以上；
4、有3年以上的游戏推广或运营经验，对游戏行业充满热情；
5、认真负责，需要有多线程任务处理能力和良好的协作沟通能力；
6、英语/日语/韩语能力者加分。
