职责描述:
1.协助建立厂级知识库。
2.协助开发培训课程和培训材料,及培训效果评估方案。
3.协助开发员工能力评估模型,以针对性开发相应培训课程,提高员工能力。
4.协助开展工厂各项培训活动,如新员工入职培训、年度停产培训等。
5.主管安排的其他工作。
6.遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定,工作时符合EHS要求。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上在读,人力资源、管理类或计算机相关专业均可,
2.通过CET-6或具备相应书面英语及口语能力。
3.熟练运用Microsoft办公软件,熟练运用AI或熟悉低代码开发工具者优先。
4.工作思路清晰,具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力,语言表达能力和沟通协调能力强。
