Job Description

This internship focuses on the planning and execution of the Disney+ loyalty program across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The intern will contribute to driving brand advocacy, retention, and engagement through the ideation and implementation of loyalty campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining the campaign roadmap, coordinating operational workflows, tracking performance, managing relationships with various teams (brand leads, cross-functional departments, legal, product), and conducting competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with marketing campaigns and data analysis is preferred. The internship runs full-time from May to August 2025.
Must have:

  • Track campaign performance and share best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Keynote
Good to have:

Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. As part of Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment, Disney+ is available on most internet-connected devices and offers commercial-free programming with a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.

The intern will gain exposure in the planning and execution D+ loyalty program (D+ Sub perks) across SEA, HK, and TW to drive brand advocacy, retention, and engagement.

The intern will be involved in planning and implementing the loyalty campaign ideas, coordinating all aspects of operational workflows across the region, and ensuring all country marketing teams, LOBS are kept abreast of the roadmap and tracking the performance of the executed campaign.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and execute the Loyalty Campaign roadmap

  • Ideate and execute loyalty roadmap
  • Update and maintain campaign calendars, including tracking performance, and share with markets as a best practice
  • Establish and manage relationships with D+ brand leads, cross lobs, legal, D+ product teams
  • Manage the assets and execution workflow
  • Trend hacking/competition tracking– keep a close eye on what the OOT players in the region are doing in the loyalty space
  • Test and learn approach

Overall

  • Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews and campaign reviews
  • Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assets
  • Liaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaigns

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between May to August 2025

Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
  • Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
  • Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for consumer marketing
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
  • Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
  • Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strategic thinker with good communications skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Keynote
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
