ABOUT THIS POSITION

Join Digital Extremes as an Internal Recruitment Specialist and play a key role in building the team behind some of the most innovative games in the industry. In this onsite role, you will be part of sourcing top talent, fostering relationships, and shaping careers, this is your chance to make an impact where creativity and innovation thrive!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and extend offers.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and professional networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in Greenhouse CRM.
  • Support internal candidate mobility by managing applications, providing feedback, and partnering with HR to align on career growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate employee contract extensions, ensuring accurate communication and documentation with employees and managers.
  • Oversee the coop/intern program, including job postings, interviews, and fostering relationships with universities to attract emerging talent.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in Greenhouse while ensuring all recruitment-related documentation is up to date.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements, monitor recruitment channels, and suggest improvements to attract top talent.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance best practices.
  • Experience managing co-op/intern programs and building relationships with universities is a plus.
